RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY Perfectress Colour College Testing Strips  Return Eligibility Testing strips must be in original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition Testing strips that have been altered (washed, brushed, combed, cut, or chemically modified) are not eligible for return due to sanitary reasons and the safety of our customers and staffs Returns must be initiated within 5 days of receipt Prior authorization through emails is required for all returns and exchanges Fees and Costs A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns and exchanges Customers are responsible for all return and re-shipping costs Refunds will only be issued for product defects verified by Perfectress Colour College Limited (London) Important Notes Returns will not be accepted for allergic reactions or sensitivities Returns shipped without prior authorization cannot be processed and will be sent back at customer's expense Perfectress Colour College Limited (London) is not responsible for any costs associated with modifications, treatments performed on the testing strips, including but not limited to material costs and labor charges.
